Description:

CompassView is an iOS application designed to assist users in determining their view direction. It integrates compass, camera, and map features into a single interface to provide information on bearing, direction, map coordinates, elevation, and current location.
Upon launching the app for the first time, users are prompted to grant permission to access location and camera functionalities. The app allows users to capture photos along with details such as bearing, direction, map coordinates, location, elevation, and time. As the user moves their iPhone device, the information displayed on the screen updates dynamically, adjusting map orientations accordingly. Users can opt to save captured photos directly to the Photo Library if desired.
User preferences, including map settings, coordinate format, measurement units, and date/time format, can be customized via the settings menu. The map view feature can be easily toggled on or off based on user preferences. A convenient 'Locate' button centers the user's location on the map view, and users can zoom in or out to explore areas further.
